摘　　要：概述了图书馆参考咨询员面临的新信息环境,分析了现代参考咨询员在新环境下应具备的素质,提出了培养和提高图书馆参考咨询员素质的途径。This paper summarizes the new information environment faced by library＇s reference librarians, analyzes the qualities that the modern reference librarians must possess under the new environment, and puts forward some paths for training and improving the quality of library＇s reference librarians.
