摘　　要：从城镇化的视角出发,通过研究目前我国农村宅基地流转的现状和制度困境、法律缺陷等问题,分析了阻碍我国农村宅基地制度改革的因素。By studying the current status,system difficulties and legal defects of rural land-use rights transfer,the factors hindering the reform of rural land-use rights transfer system in China were analyzed from the perspective of urbanization.
