摘 要:介绍了快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学的含义及叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线(O-J-I-P曲线)各荧光参数和意义。在此基础上,从重金属胁迫、温度胁迫、光胁迫、盐胁迫和干旱胁迫几个方面概述了O-J-I-P曲线在分析逆境对PSⅡ供体侧、受体侧及反应中心的影响的研究进展中的应用现状,认为快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学及分析技术(JIP-test)可在无损伤的情况下分析逆境胁迫对PSⅡ的损害程度;并且随着光合理论的发展及快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学分析技术的日趋完善,其不仅能应用于分析逆境对光系统响应机制的研究,也将在评价环境污染、抗逆境植被的筛选、光合机理的研究、植物逆境光系统分子机制研究和植物病理学等研究领域得到越来越广泛的应用。The definition of fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics and each fluorescence parameter of chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics curves(O-J-I-P curves) and significance were introduced.Based on this,the application situation of the effects of O-J-I-P curves in analysis adversity on PSII donor side,receptors side and reaction center were analyzed from the aspects of heavy metals stress,temperature stress,light stress,salt stress and drought stress,it hold that fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics and analysis techniques(JIP-test)can analyze the extent of damage of adversity stress to PSⅡin scatheless condition;moreover,with the development of photosynthetic theory and the increasingly improved of fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics analysis technics,it not only can be applied in the study of the effects of analysis adversity on light system response mechanism,but also can be used in more and more research fields,such as evaluating environmental contamination,screening the anti-adversity vegetation,studying photosynthetic mechanism and molecular mechanism of plants adversity photosystem as well as phytopathology.
