摘  要:[目的]建立烟草及其制品中灰分的分析方法。[方法]准确称取1.0 g烟末样品置于石英纤维坩埚中,于微波马弗炉中500℃灼烧20 min,取出置于干燥器中冷却至室温后准确称重,计算。[结果]与传统的马弗炉方法相比,灼烧时间由60 min缩短至20 min,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.01%~1.58%,测定结果与传统方法吻合。因仪器本身有自动排空系统,灰化过程中产生的气体不断排放,可保证实验室的环境安全。[结论]为烟草及其制品灰分的测定提供了一种简便、快捷的方法。[Objective] To establish a new method for the determination of ash in tobacco and tobacco products.[Method] 1.0 g tobacco powder sample was weighed and placed in a quartz fibre crucible.It was ignited at 500 ℃ in microwave muffle furnace for 20 min,weighed accurately after cooled to room temperature and calculated.[Result] The results of this method were fitted with the traditional method,and the ignition time was reduced from 60 to 20 min.RSD was ranged from 1.01% to 1.58%.Because of auto-discharge system of instrument,the gas of podzolic process was discharged continuously and the environment safety of laboratory was ensured.[Conclusion] A simple and fast method for the determination of ash in tobacco and tobacco products was supplied.
