摘  要:目的对丹红注射液体内外溶血及可能的机制进行试验研究。方法按《中国药典》方法进行体外溶血试验;大鼠给药后取血测定FHb、LDH、红细胞数以及红细胞渗透脆性变化;家兔给药后,取血进行羊抗兔IgG凝集试验。结果体外试验可见轻微溶血,显微镜下红细胞形状改变;大鼠给药后5h,血液LDH降低,红细胞渗透脆性升高,FHb含量未见明显变化;家兔连续给药8d,红细胞加羊抗兔IgG未见凝集反应。结论药物体内外溶血试验未见明显溶血;未发现免疫性溶血。Objective To study hemolysis' occurrence and potential mechanism in vivo and vitro of Danhong Injection. Methods Carry out hemolysis test investigation in vitro according ChP method with max working concentration on clinical. Collecting blood in respective time after administration in rats de termine FHb, LDH, red cell count and osmotic fragility. Carry out agglutination test by sheep anti rabbit IgG to view the possible mechanism at hemolysis after administration in rabbit. Results Light hemolysis happened in vitro by direct viewing, but the cell population was slightly changed under micro. In vivo, LDH contents was significant degrade in 5h after administration. Osmotic fragility was advanced and there is no significant variation on FHb. After administration for 8 days in rabbits, cell agglutination was not obviously emerged. Conclusion The hemolysis of Danhong Injection was not viewed by this study. In rab bits, immune hemolysis was not viewed by IgG antibody response.
