摘 要:[目的]以二苯醚为母体衍生出氨基酸基团,改善二苯醚类化合物的传导性。[方法]从苯氧基苯甲醛出发,合成了不同取代的α-苯氧苯基-甘氨酸,并以水稻、黄瓜种子为试材,利用小杯法测定了目标化合物在光照和黑暗条件下对单、双子叶植物种子室内根、芽生长的影响;以3~4叶期玉米为材料,利用再生苗法检测了目标化合物在玉米苗中的传导性。[结果]供试化合物对水稻、黄瓜的根、芽生长基本表现出抑制作用。此外,在黑暗条件下,化合物I对水稻的根、芽在低浓度下表现出促进生长的作用,高浓度下表现出抑制生长的作用;在光照条件下,化合物I、II对黄瓜的根在低浓度下表现出促进生长的作用,在高浓度下表现出抑制生长的作用。2 000 mg/L目标化合物药液处理玉米苗后,对再生苗生长有明显的抑制作用。[结论]二苯醚衍生氨基酸基团后,其生物活性和光活化活性得到了保留,具有潜在的除草剂或者生长调节剂的功能,并能改善二苯醚类化合物本身在植物韧皮部向下传导的能力。[Objective] To derive amino acid group with the diphenyl ether as parent and improve the conductivity of diphenyl ether compounds.[Method] With phenoxy benzaldehyde as reactant,2 kinds of different substituted α-phenoxy benzene glycine derivatives were synthesized.With the rice and cucumber seeds as test materials,the effects of the two compounds on the indoor root and bud growth of monocotyledon and dicotyledon under sunlight and darkness conditions were determined by small glass method;with the corn seedlings with 3-4 leaves as plant material,the conductivity of the compounds in corn seedlings was detected by regeneration seedling method.[Result] The two compounds all inhibited the root and bud growth of rice and cucumber.Under darkness condition,compound I at low concentration promoted the growth of rice roots and buds,while that at high concentration inhibited the growth;under sunlight conditions,both compound I and compound II at low concentrations promoted the growth of cucumber root,but they inhibited the growth at high concentrations.2 000 mg/L compounds obviously inhibited the growth of the corn regeneration seedlings.[Conclusion] The α-phenoxy benzene glycine derivatives could maintain the light-requiring herbicidal activities of diphenyl herbicides,as well as improved its downward conduction ability in the phloem of plants.
