摘 要:[目的]优选白花丹鲜叶中白花丹醌的最佳提取方法。[方法]分别采用超声提取法、索氏提取法和水蒸气蒸馏提取法提取白花丹鲜叶中的白花丹醌,然后采用HPLC测定其含量,比较分析测定结果,优选出最佳提取方法。[结果]测得超声提取法、索氏提取法和水蒸气蒸馏提取法提取白花丹醌的含量依次为0.036 3%、0.051 1%和0.017 5%;采用索氏提取法提取的白花丹醌含量最高。[结论]优选出白花丹鲜叶中白花丹醌的最佳提取方法为索氏提取法。[Objective] To seek the best method for extracting plumbagin from the fresh leaves of Plumbago zeylanica.[Method] The plumbagin was extracted from the fresh leaves of Plumbago zeylanica respectively by ultrasonic wave,soxhlet extraction and steam distillation,and its content was then determined by HPLC method,the determination results were compared and analyzed to select the best extraction method.[Result] The content of plumbagin extracted by ultrasonic wave,soxhlet extraction and steam distillation was 0.036 3%,0.051 1% and 0.017 5%,among them,soxhlet method extracted the highest.[Conclusion] The best method for extracting plumbagin from the fresh leaves of Plumbago zeylanica was soxhlet extraction.
