新疆经济转型与产业结构转移互动研究

摘　　要：利用产业结构变动系数及相关评价模式分析新疆经济转型与产业结构转移的互动关系。结果表明,新疆产业结构调整的专业化、合理化、高级化趋向日渐明朗,但其转移的动力和方向仍然高度依赖资源密集型、劳动密集型产业,技术密集型加工制造业、知识密集型新兴第三产业转型滞后,经济增长粗放、二元结构明显、创新资本匮乏使新疆产业结构升级和经济增长转型面临严峻挑战。Using coefficients of variation of industrial structure and related evaluation models,the interactive relationship between economic transition and industrial structure transfer in Xinjiang were analyzed.The results showed that the industrial structure adjustment of Xingjiang obviously trended to specialization,rationalization and advanced.But,its transfer power and direction still seriously depended on the resource-intensive and labor-intensive industry.Skill-intensive manufacturing and knowledge-intensive new tertiary industry were lap of transferring.Due to extensive economic growth,obvious dualistic structure and short of innovation capital,it makes the upgrading of industrial structure and the transition of economic growth in Xingjiang facing a severe challenge.
