摘　　要：从社会交流的角度探讨图书馆知识转移的内涵,分析农村图书馆(室)知识转移存在的各种障碍,并提出了消除障碍的对策和措施。The paper discussed the connotation of library knowledge transfer from the perspective of social exchange,then analyzed various obstacles to the knowledge transfer,and finally proposed the solutions to eliminate those obstacles.
