摘　　要：目的确定本市血细胞计数及其各参数的健康参考值范围。方法用美国雅培公司生产的1700型血细胞分析仪,对1 294例健康成人作血细胞及其各参数的健康参考值范围调查,并将所得数据进行统计学处理。结果实验组红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞压积(HCT)均偏高,其他血细胞计数及其各参数的健康参考值与文献报道值相比较基本一致,男女比较有差异。结论血细胞计数及其各参数与年龄、性别和区域有关,该参考值范围的确定,为血细胞计数及其各参数在本市实验室操作和临床应用方面提供了必要的依据。Objective To establish a reference limit of the blood cell counts and its parameter in my city. Methods The blood cells were counted by a flow cytmeter （1700）with uramine as fluorochrome. The data presented describe the counting of blood cells in 1 294 apparently healthy subjects of both sexes who came for a periodic health examination. According to age and sex, all subjects were divided into four groups. Results The experimental group of red blood cell,hemoglobin, hemoglobin concentration were on the high side, Other reference limits of the blood cell counts and its parameter are basically showing no difference as other document cover, The Students test showed that there were statistically significant differences between men an women. Conclusion Reference limits of the blood cell counts and its parameter according to age and sex are provided.
