摘　　要：目的分析ICU患者真菌感染护理操作相关因素,探讨预防真菌感染的针对性护理措施。方法回顾性分析我院近年来ICU住院患者的临床资料,采用单因素分析真菌感染的护理相关因素,采用多因素非条件Logistic分析真菌感染的护理危险因素,并提出护理措施,探讨预防ICU患者真菌感染的护理措施。结果单因素分析结果显示,ICU患者真菌感染与留置导尿管、留置深静脉导管、气管切开及呼吸机支持有关,多因素非条件Logistic分析显示,留置导尿管、留置深静脉导管、呼吸机支持是真菌感染的危险因素。结论 ICU患者真菌感染的护理危险因素较多,多与侵入性操作有关,在护理过程中要采取针对性的护理措施,减少真菌感染的发生。Objective To analyze nursing manipulation correlation factor for mycotic infection on patients in ICU and investigate directing nursing strategy. Methods Clinical data of patients in ICU in recent years were analyzed with retrospective way, nursing corrective factor of mycotic infection were analyzied with monofaetorial test,and nursing risk factor of mycotic infection were analyzed with multifactorial Logistic test, directing nursing measure were introduced, and investigate directing nursing strategy for preventing mycotic infection of patients in ICU. Results Monofaetorial test shown that detaining catheter,detaining venae profundae vessel, incision of trachea and manipulation with virulence was correlation factor for mycotic infection of patients in ICU, muhifactofial Logistic test shown that detaining catheter, detaining venae profundae vesseland manipulation with virulence was risk factor for mycotic infection of patients in ICU. Conclusion Nursing risk factor for mycotic infection on patients in ICU is more, mostly is correlative with virulence manipulation, directing nursing measure shoud be taken to decrease rate of mycotic infection.
