摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下双极电凝术治疗老年顽固性鼻出血的临床效果。方法将我科2008年6月～2011年6月收治的107例老年顽固性鼻出血患者随机分为鼻内镜组54例和对照组53例;对照组采用传统的鼻腔纱条填塞方法止血,比较两组的有效率。结果鼻内镜组有效率98.1%,对照组有效率56.6%,鼻内镜组的有效率明显优于对照组。结论鼻内镜下双极电凝术治疗老年顽固性鼻出血具有效率高、疗效确切、微创、安全等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinic efficacy of bipolar electrocoagulation used in senile refractoriness haemorrhagia nasalis treatment under nasal endoscopy. Methods All of 84 patients who had senile refractoriness haemorrhagia nasalis from June 2008 to June 2011 were randomly divided into nasal endoscopic group of 54 patients and a control group of 53 patients. All patients in the control group were used traditional medication as well as hemostasis with packs. Efficiency of two groups were observed and compared. Results Nasal endoscopic group was 98.1% effective, while the control group was 56.6%, nasal endoscopy group was better than the control group. Conclusion Efficiency in the use of endoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation in the treatment of elderly intractable epistaxis is relatively high, it is worthy of promotion because of the exact effic acy, minimally invasive, safe and so on.
