摘  要:目的探讨五味子对南北、东西、斜架三种不同采光结构适应能力及药材质量的变化,从而确定适宜栽培方法。方法比较不同采光结构下五味子植物叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性以及药材中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素含量。结果三种采光结构中,南北架的三种酶活性略低于东西架和斜架;南北架叶绿素b含量略高于东西架和斜架,叶绿素a和丙二醛含量无明显差异;东西架和斜架药材中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量相差不大,分别高于南北架10.2%、25.3%、26.8%左右。结论斜架较强的光照不但不会对五味子造成伤害,而且可以提高五味子药材的质量。Objective To explore the capability of adapting light such as south-north, east-west orientation, and slant shelf, and drug quality of Schisandra chinensis affected by the lighting frameworks for determination the suitable culture mode. Methods Activities of hydrogen peroxidase (CAT), peroxydase (POD) and polyphenoloxidase ( PPO ) , as well as contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), chlorophyll a and b, schisandrin, deoxyschizandrin, and schisandrin B were compared with. Results Among the three kinds of lighting frameworks, the activity of CAT, POD, and PPO of south-north orientation were slightly lower than that of the east-west orientation and slant shelf, and chlorophyll b was the other way around. Chlorophyll a and MDA had no difference among them. The contents of schisandrin, deoxyschizandrin, and schisandrin B had no difference between east-west orientation and slant shelf which were 10.2%, 25.3%, and 26.8% higher than those of east-west orientation, respectively. Conclusion Not only no physiological damages were caused, but also the drug quality could be improved by the higher intensity of illumination of slant shelf.
