摘  要:目的探讨赶黄草的药材性状与显微鉴别特征。方法药材性状与显微组织特征观察、测量,不同产地样品、野生品与栽培品的比对。结果赶黄草为全草类药材,茎长圆柱形,粗细不一,长60-90cm,直径3-8mm,螺状聚伞花序数枝茎顶总状排列。不同产地野生品植株高矮略有差异栽培品高大整齐。赶黄草显微组织表现特殊性:茎的皮层与髓中有气室结构;孔纹导管具有较原始类型的梯形穿孔板;薄壁细胞内含草酸钙簇晶。结论赶黄草的性状和显微特征可用于药材鉴别,也可作为药典标准制定的参考。赶黄草导管的特殊结构可作为进一步讨论其分类归属的依据。Objective To discuss the description and microscopic identification of Penthorum chinense Pursh. Methods Medicinal traits and characteristics of the microstructure observation, measurement of Penthorum chinense Pursh. were investigated, and the samples of different origin products of the wild were compared with those of the cultivated. Results Penthorum chinense Pursh. was whole plant medicine, stems cylindrical 60-90 cm long and 3-8 mm in diameter, the spiral-shape dinflorescence at the top of stems. Different plants of the wild origin were slightly different on height, and the Penthorum chinense Pursh. cultivated was larger and higher than the wild. Its microstructure had special characters such as gas chambers in the cortex and pith of the stem, bordered pit vessels with a more primitive type of scalariform perforation plate and parenchyma cells containing clusters of calcium oxalate. Conclusion The results could be used for the description and microscopic identification of Penthorum chinense Pursh., and the vessels and clusters of calcium oxalate of Penthorum chinense Pursh. would be of value in taxonomy for further discussions.
