摘  要:目的对市售不同品种、年份以及加工方式药用菊花硫残留进行检测。方法采用酸蒸馏碘滴定法检测二氧化硫残留量,解剖镜观察法检测硫颗粒残留。结果结果表明,所有供试材料中,检测出饼花的二氧化硫残留量相对较高,散花次之,花果子情况最好;不同年份的菊花二氧化硫残留量差异不太显著。显微观察结果显示,硫颗粒残留在舌状花和花柄上,08年贡菊散花硫颗粒残留量最高,08年杭白菊饼花次之,红心菊散花和花果子未检测出硫颗粒。结论二氧化硫及硫颗粒残留量可能与药用菊花加工方式有关,加工过程中残留的二氧化硫及硫颗粒很难随着时间延长而减少。Objective To detect SO2 and sulfer particles residue of different production dates, varieties and processing methods from Chrysanthemum morifolium. Methods SO2 residue was detected by iodide titration acid distillation, and sulfur particals residue was detected by dissecting microscope. Results Flower cake was detected the higest SO2 residue and flower bud the lowest. There was no significant difference of SO2 residue in the tested materials of different years, which showed SO2 residue did not decreases with the prolonging of time. Sulfer paticles distributed on petals and florals, which was highest in 08 Gongju and lower in 08 Hangbaiju flower cake, and no sulfer paticles residue was detected in Hongxinju and Hongxinju bud. Conclusion SO2 and sulfer particles residue related with the processing methods.
