摘　　要：目的了解医护人员在治疗护理多重耐药菌(multidrug-resistant organism,MDRO)感染患者时实施消毒隔离措施的现状,为加强MDRO的医院感染预防与控制提供科学依据。方法采用调查问卷,对医护人员在治疗护理86例MDRO感染患者时,实施隔离措施的情况进行调查,内容包括手卫生、隔离措施执行情况。结果医护人员对MDRO患者实施消毒隔离措施合格率为56.14%,其中手卫生合格率53.81%;隔离措施执行合格率57.49%。结论不断提高医护人员的消毒隔离意识,同时提供充足、实用的防护用品和配备充足的人力资源对确保消毒隔离措施的有效落实具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the disinfection isolation status of patients infected by multi-drug-resistant organism （MDRO）. Methods A field survey on the disinfection measures for 86 MDRO infected patients was conducted by a self-designed questionnaire in order to investigate the implementation of hand hygiene, isolation, and disinfection of used machines. Results The qualification rate for disinfection measures, hand sterilization and isolation measures were 56.14%, 53.81% and 57.49%, respectively. Conclusions The disinfection measures for MDRO infected patients are not strictly carried out. Enhanced awareness of isolation, affluent prevention articles and sufficient personnel are helpful for ensured implementation of disinfection and isolation measures.
