摘  要:目的探讨压力传感器监测中心静脉压(central venous pressure, CVP)在重型颅脑损伤合并机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法选择2009年6月~2011年6月本院重症监护室收治的20例重型颅脑损伤合并机械通气患者,应用压力传感器监测CVP,观察患者的监测效果。结果压力传感器能正确监测所有患者的CVP,没有发生静脉穿刺置管堵塞、渗漏和滑脱;护士通过连续动态观察CVP波形和数值,结合患者心率、血压值来调节补液量、滴速及判断心功能,使患者得到正确的治疗。结论应用压力传感器可以正确监测重型颅脑损伤合并机械通气患者的CVP,并能动态连续观察,为临床治疗提供正确的数据;同时减轻了护士的工作量,增加了患者的安全性和舒适度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of pressure sensor in the monitoring of central venous pressure (CVP) in mechanically ventilated patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Method The pressure sensors were used to monitor CVP of 20 mechanically ventilated patients with severe craniocerebral injury from June 2009 to june 2011. Results Pressure sensors could exactly monitor CVP, without any incidences of blockage, leakage and slippage of intubation tube. Nurses adjusted the amount of infusion and the drip rate, and meanwhile indentified heart function by using pressure sensors to observe the dynamic states of CVP waveforms and values, so the patients were properly treated. Conclusion Application of pressure sensors can provide the correct clinical treatment data and continuously monitor CVP waveforms and values, and at the same time it reduces the workload of nurses and improves the safety and comforts for the patients.
