摘　　要：目的总结高龄患者急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)治疗术后并发症观察及护理要点。方法对82例高龄冠心病患者实施急诊PCI,术后配合做好病情观察及护理。结果术后早期患者发生并发症:排尿困难42例(51.2%),对比剂肾病6例(7.3% ),血管并发症31例(37.8% ),血管迷走神经反射7例(8.5% ),心脏事件10例(12.2% ),制动期间不适75例(91.5%)。结论高龄患者急诊行PCI术后早期并发症多,应掌握老年患者生理、心理特点,术后早期严密监护患者病情变化,预防或减少并发症的发生,使手术治疗达到满意的效果。Objective To explore the key points of nursing and monitoring the postoperative complications of acute pereutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in the senile patients. Methods 82 senile CHD patients received PCI and then they received routine care, with complications closely observed. Results Early complications including 42 eases of dysuresia （51.2%）, 6 cases of contrast agent nephronia （7.3%）, 31 cases of vessel complications （37.8%）, 7 cases of Breuer＇s reflex （8.5%）, 10 cases of cardiac incidents （12.2%）, 75 cases of movement-restricted discomfort （91.5%）. Conclusions Early complications are common in senile CHD patients after PCI procedure. Early nursing and monitoring of the complications pertinent to their physiological and psychological characteristics may be effective for the success of PCI.
