红金消结胶囊联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察红金消结胶囊联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法治疗组(108例)采用红金消结胶囊联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生症;对照组(95例)采用乳癖消治疗乳腺增生症;1个月经周期为1个疗程,使用1～3个疗程观察疗效。结果治疗组的有效率和治愈率分别为:97.22%和78.70%;对照组的有效率和治愈率分别为86.32%和64.21%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红金消结胶囊联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生有较好的疗效,无明显不良反应发生。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hongjinxiaojie capsule plus tamoxifen on treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods 108 patients were treated with Hongjinxiaojie capsule plus tamoxifen in treatment group, and 95 patients were treated with Rupixiao in control group. A menstrual cycle was defined as a course of treatment, the clinical effects were ob- served after the treatment with 1 to 3 courses. Results The effective rate and cure rates were 97.22% and 78.70% in treatment group, and that were 86. 32% and 64. 21% in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclu- sion Hongjinxiaojie capsule plus tamoxifen have a good effect on the treatment of breast hyperplasia and no significant adverse reactions.
