摘  要:目的调查护理专业学生的学习意向及有关问题取向,为制订相应对策提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,通过网络方式调查152名本科生和182名大专生对学习态度与效果、学习方式与方法及学习理念与精神3方面的学习意向与问题取向。结果本科生和大专生在学习态度与效果、学习方式与方法方面的学习意向与问题取向比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);本科生和大专生在学习理念与方法4个问题的回答中,有3个问题差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理教育者应根据护理专业学生的学习心态和主观意向,采取发挥教师的榜样作用、加强班级学风建设、更新教育教学观念和制订有效管理制度等对策,提高教学质量。Objective To investigate nursing students' learning intentions and problem orientation in order to provide a reference for making the appropriate strategies. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the learning intentions and problem orientation in aspects of learning attitude and effect,learning methods,and learning concept and spirit among 152 nursing undergraduates and 182 junior college nursing students through internet. Results There were no significant differences in the learning intentions and problem orientation in aspects of learning attitude and effect and learning mode and methods between the undergraduates and junior college students(P〉0.05). About the four questions of learning concept and spirit,the undergraduates and junior college students had different answers in three questions(P〈0.05). Conclusions Nursing educators should take some measures such as bringing role model behaviors of nursing faculty,strengthening the construction of class learning atmosphere,updating educational conceptions and designing effective management system to improve teaching effect according to nursing students' study mentality and subjective intention.
