摘　　要：目的:明确户籍儿童与外来常住儿童保健服务利用现状及相关因素,为健全外来常住儿童保健服务管理机制、提升服务水平提供依据。方法:回顾性问卷调查外来常住和户籍小学生家长0-6岁儿童保健服务利用情况查;通过资料分析、现场调研、会议访谈等进行区域儿童保健服务管理现状调查。结果:近年来外来常住儿童保健服务利用明显低于户籍儿童,家长意识不强、流动性大和和社区儿童保健服务队伍薄弱是主要影响因素。结论:政府应进一步加强对外来常住儿童保健工作的投入与政策引导,加快社区儿童保健人力队伍建设,探索实施符合外来儿童特点的管理服务模式,促进提高外来儿童保健服务利用水平。Objective： To identify the utilization of the child health care service and the relative factors of the native and non-native children to improve the child health service management mechanism and health service level for the non-native children. Method： The reviewing questionnaire was used to investigate the utilization of the child health care service for the native and non-native children at the ages from 0-6. The regional child health care service management status was studied through data analysis, field survey, meeting interviews and so on. Results： In resent years, the utilization of the child health care service for the non-native children was obviously lower than the native children. The in sufficient awareness of their parents, greatly floating and the weak rank of the community child health care service were the main factors. Conclusion： The local government must strengthen the input and policy leading for the child health care service for the non-native children. The rank of the community child health care service manpower should be quickly constructed. The management service model meeting the character of the non-native children needs exploring to accelerate and improve the utilization of the child health care service of the non-native children.
