摘　　要：以科学引文索引为客观评价指标,对英国大学的基础科学研究和国际化的发展趋势进行分析,把近代英国国际科技合作分为静态自主研究阶段、动态均衡稳定发展阶段以及快速国际化阶段,说明跨越国界的科研合作是走科技创新的未来之路。The paper,taking the science citation index as an objective evaluation analyzes the basic scientific research in UK universities and the international trend of development.The paper divides the modern ST international cooperation of UK universities into static self-study phase,dynamic and stable developing stage and rapid international phase,which shows that cross-border scientific cooperation is a road to ST innovation in the future.
