摘　　要：资源是任何一个企业开展经营运作的前提条件,企业对其占有的深度和广度直接决定了企业的竞争优势和边界,在企业国际化的发展过程中,其资源的获取来自于企业内部和更为广阔的企业外部,来自政府、中介、企业层面的制度供给可以从不同方面来促进企业核心资源的获得,加大资源供给、降低资源交易成本、提高资源流动性、加大全球资源的整合和利用是进行制度供给的做主要思路。resource is a premise condition of a enterprise operation.In a sense,The competitive advantage and boundary of a firm is decided by the breadth and depth of the resource owned by a enterprise.During the process of enterprise internationalization,the institution supply from government,intermediary organization,enterprises can contribute to the getting of core resource of a enterprise.So increasing the supply of resource,reducing the transaction costs,improving resources liquidity,increasing the global resources integration and utilization are the main ideals of the institution supply.
