摘 要:分析了电磁干扰的形式及其对微机保护各模块的影响,通过对模拟量输入、开关量输入及通讯等敏感回路采用变压器隔离、光电隔离、TVS保护,对MCU模块进行合理的布局,对电源增加改进的滤波器等措施,对微机保护的各模块增加相应的抗干扰电路。实验证明,这些措施提高了微机保护装置整体的电磁兼容性能。The forms of electromagnetic interference and their influence on each of modules in microprocessor-based protector were analyzed. The measures were adopted to enhance the performance of the protector by adding isolation transformer, photoelectric isolator, TVS protection on the input ports of analog, switching and communication circuit. Meanwhile, the layout of MCU on the PCB was designed reasonably and the filter was installed on the power supply. The experimental result proved that these measures were capable of improving the overall microprocessor-based protector' s dectromagnetic compatibility.
