高等教育通向农村对城乡统筹发展的作用探析

摘　　要：高等教育通向农村是提高我国农村劳动力素质、培养新型农民、促进城乡统筹发展的必要途径。推进高等教育通向农村,应建立服务于城乡统筹发展的高等教育体系;促进产学研有机结合,培养适应城乡统筹发展的高层次人才;使农村高等教育的布局和城乡统筹发展相协调;加大对高等教育通向农村的政策扶持力度,使高等教育通向农村真正服务于城乡统筹发展。Higher education into the rural areas is the necessary means to improve the quality of China＇s rural labor force,train new farmers and promote the urban-rural coordinated development.To promote the higher education into the rural areas,the higher-education system should be established to serve the urban and rural coordinated development;the enterprise-school-research combination can promote the training of high-level personnel who adapt to the urban and rural coordinated development;the layout of rural higher education should be coordinated with the urban and rural development;to strengthen the support for the policy of higher education into the rural areas enables the higher education to provide a real service for the urban and rural development.
