摘　　要：完善文化产业链的打造与管理,对于发展我国文化产业,缩小与国外发达国家文化产业间的差距有着较为重要的作用与意义。我们必须要加强对文化产业链的认识,文化产业链的基本概念,文化产业链打造与管理的横向、纵向、复合三种形式,以及文化产业链打造与管理中应注意的问题是对文化产业链认识与把握的重要层面。Building and management of culture industry chain have important effect and significance on de- velopment of our culture industry and reducing the distance with foreign culture industry. We must reinforce understanding about the culture industry chain. It includes some important aspects, they are the concept of culture industry chain, the horizontal and vertical and compound forms in building and management of cul ture industry chain ,and pays attention to the problems in building and management of culture industry chain
