摘　　要：目的设计门急诊检验自助服务系统,实现检验单的自动发送。方法基于门、急诊实施的储值就诊卡系统流程及工作模式,设计并实施了门急诊检验自助服务系统。结果实现了患者检验报告的自助打印及患者检验结果短信第一时间的自动发送。结论门急诊检验自助服务系统的设计应用,解决了检验单手工发送存在的诸多问题,提升了医院的管理、服务水平和信息化水平。Objective To design the self-service laboratory system for clinic and emergency and realize the automatic report delivery. Methods Based on the system flow and work mode of rechargeable-prepaid patient card system in clinic and emergency department, the self-service laboratory system was designed and actualized. Results Self-service printing of the laboratory report and instantaneous message transmission of the laboratory result were implemented. Conclusion Design and application of self-service laboratory system for clinic and emergency settles many problems in manual report delivery, raises the hospital management, service and informationization standard.
