摘　　要：正态偏差策略是当下国际发展传播学研究与实践的热点之一。本文对其概念、发展脉络、理论来源进行了梳理。作者认为,正态偏差策略在继承经典创新扩散理论的基础上,从另一向度拓展了经典创新扩散理论的研究视野和实践空间,并对新阶段中国西部大开发中传播功能的定位、乡土创新与传播机制的设计有诸多有益启示。Positive deviance approach is one of the focuses of researches and practices of international development communication. This paper analyses its concept, development and theory origination .The paper argues that positive deviance extends the scope and practice of diffusion of innovations,from which we can draw inspirations on how to position communication, make local innovation, and design communication mechanism at new stage of western exploration in China.
