摘　　要：环境．生命和健康是21世纪科学研究的重大课题。新材料、新技术的开发和应用对保护生态环境、提高生命质量，促进人体健康起到了极大的推动作用。随着人类环境意识的增强，“绿色建筑”和“绿色建材”早就成为当今的热门话题，也是科研工作者所关注的热点问题。涂料是由高分子物质和配料组成的混合物，并能涂覆在基材表面，形成牢固附着的连续涂膜的高分子材料，具有装饰、保护和功能化等作用，在建筑、工业及特殊领域有着广泛的用途，是现代社会不可缺少的重要物资。Environment,plife and health was the research great subject in the 21st Century. It was played an important impetus role to protecting ecological environment, improving life quality and promoting human health by means of exploitation and application of new materials and new technology. Green building and green building materials became a hot topic associated with enhancement of the human being＇s environmental awareness in the present. Meanwhile, it was became a hot spot to researcher. Coating was a mixture generated with high polymer and ingredient, and coated on the surface of the substrate to form firmly adhesive continuously polymer coating film. It was possessed decorative,protective and functionalized effects. Coating was widely applied in architecture,industry and special territory, and was a indispensable and important materials in modern society.
