摘　　要：通过调查分析国内相关高校类似实验教学中心开放管理模式的基础上,结合北京城市学院生物医药学部办学定位和专业特点,研究中药与生物技术实验教学示范中心开放管理模式并付诸实践,以建立适合学生个性化培养、分层次培养要求的实验室开放管理模式。Investigation and analysis of the Open-Lab’s management mode in related domestic research universities,and integration of the educational and professional specifics and positioning of the Biomedical Division of the Beijing City University,a new management mode in the open-lab of Experimental Teaching Center was postulated,which was practiced in the aim to establish a customized and Sub-leveling training system in Laboratory students.
