摘  要:目的:探讨高流速可控性氧疗与恒温加热湿化法在气管切开非机械通气患者中应用的效果。方法:选择气管切开非机械通气患者66例,随机分为A、B、C三组各22例。A组使用湿纱布覆盖法,B组使用呼吸过滤器法,C组采用高流速可控性氧疗与恒温加热湿化法。三组湿化液均使用灭菌注射用水。对3组气道在气道湿化效果、管道痰痂形成、刺激性咳嗽等方面比较。结果:三组患者在气道湿化效果、管道痰痂形成、刺激性咳嗽等方面的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);C组无管道痰痂形成。结论:高流速可控性氧疗与恒温加热湿化法能改善气管切开非机械通气患者的气道湿化效果。Objective:To investigate the application of results of the high-flow oxygen and temperature controlled heating of the wet method of non-mechanical ventilation in patients with tracheotomy.Methods:Non-mechanically ventilated patients with tracheotomy 66 cases were randomly divided into A,B,C group,each included 22 cases.Wet gauze was used in group A.Breathing filter method was used in group B.High flow oxygen and temperature controlled heating of the wet method were used in group C.The liquid wet sterile injected water was applied in three groups.Compared the effection of airway humidification,formed sputum in pipeline,irritating cough in 3 groups.Results:The comparison of the effection of airway humidification,formed sputum in pipeline,irritating cough in 3 groupsthe was statistically significant(P0.01).No pipeline sputum was produced in group C.Conclusion:High-flow oxygen and temperature controlled heating of the wet method could improve the non-mechanical ventilation,tracheotomy patients with airway humidification effect.
