摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性干预对乳癌术后患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法:选择乳腺癌改良根治术患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组接受常规的健康指导,观察组在此基础上接受心理干预、认知干预、行为干预及家庭干预。评价两组患者功能锻炼的依从性、康复训练计划完成情况、功能锻炼评价。结果:观察组患者术后2周功能锻炼的依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后2周康复训练计划完成量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后3周患者在指腕肘关节功能评价、肩关节功能、患肢抬高及外展方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性干预可以提高乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼的依从性,减少术后并发症,最大限度地恢复患肢功能。Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention on functional exercise compliance of breast cancer patients after operation.Methods：Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,100 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group of 50 patients.The control group received regularguidance,the experimental group on the basis of psychological interventions,cognitive interventions,behavioral interventions,family interventions.After 2 weeks of evaluation in patients with two groups of patients with functional exercise compliance,completion of rehabilitation training programs,evaluation offunctional exercise.Results：Experimental group of patients after functional exercise 2 weeks adherence than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Experimental group after the 2 weeks rehabilitation program output than the control group,the difference was statistically significance（P0.01）.Experimental group patients after the first 3 weekends in the evaluation of elbow function refers to the wrist,shoulder function,limb elevation andabduction were better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive intervention can improve breast cancer patients after functional exercisecompliance,reduce postoperative complications,maximize the recovery of limbfunction.
