呼吸支持为重点抢救钩吻中毒的护理对策

摘　　要：目的:总结钩吻中毒的急救护理经验。方法:对钩吻中毒31例患者,立即给予呼吸、心电、血氧饱和度等监护。常规备气管插管及呼吸机,并设定机械通气初始参数,做好气管插管及机械通气的舒适护理,做好患者及其家属的全程心理护理。结果:预防性气管插管15例,抢救性气管插管6例,共计需要机械通气者21例。治愈出院29例,死亡2例。结论:确立呼吸支持第一的急救理念和做好气管插管及机械通气的舒适护理是钩吻中毒急救的关键护理措施。To summary the emergency nursing experience of gdsemium poisoning. Method：31 eases with Gelsemium poisoning were given respiratory, ECG and SpO2 saturation monitoring immediately, tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation ventilator were prepared, the initial parameters was setted.The comfortable nursing on tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation and the whole mental nursing patients and their relatives were taken. Results：15 eases received pmphylact/c endotraehed intubation ,6 cases received tracheal intubation 21 eases received mechanical ventilation in tatal. 29 cases were cured ,2 cases were dead. Conclusion：Establishment of respiratory support first aid concept and comfortable nursing on tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation were the key of Gelsemium elegans poisoning emergency nursing measures.
