摘　　要：以资本主义三个主要发展阶段为划分依据,对美国四大职业体育联赛历次停摆事件进行分析,认为联赛停摆是资本主义国家践行新自由主义发展道路必然产生的结果,与资本主义历史发生的经济危机联系紧密。NBA停摆案例研究表明,资本主义利益最大化的内部矛盾和个人自由、权利的无限膨胀是导致联赛停摆的主要原因。联赛停摆现象充分体现了新自由主义主导下的美国混合经济发展模式和协商民主的基本精神,停摆事件本身并未超越资本主义自由市场经济表现框架,而是在联赛组织形态、制度安排、收入分配等实践运行层面上的改革调整,以促进联赛组织运行趋于合理,更为高质高效,更富有市场竞争力,也可以认为是对资本主义职业体育联赛自由市场的一次修正。The paper analyses the lockouts of the NBA of the four U.S.professional sports leagues according to the three development stages of the capitalism.The paper suggests that the league lockout is the necessary result of the new freedom development of the capitalist country and is closely related with the economic crisis of the capitalistic history.The case study of NBA lockouts shows that the internal contradictions of capitalism benefit maximization and the infinite inflation of personal freedom and right are the main reasons for strikes and lockouts.The league lockout reflects the U.S.mixed market economy development mode and basic principles of negotiation and democracy guided by the new freedom.The lockout is still in the frame work of the capitalist free market and the reform is performed in league organization,system arrangement and income allocation.
