摘　　要：中日首都圈分别以北京和东京为中心,两者在政治、经济和文化等领域有着诸多相似和差异,其水资源管理等方面也有许多经验可以借鉴。通过对中日首都圈水资源现状、水资源管理、供排水和地下水管理等对比研究,以及奥运会对水资源管理的影响分析,得出北京在污水处理、地下水综合管理和供水管网漏损控制等领域仍有一定差距,需要进一步强化体制改革和技术改造。As the key of the capital area in China and Japan respectively, Beijing and Tokyo have both the similarities and differ ences among the political, economic, and cultural areas, and the experience on water resources management for both capital areas can also be compared. On the basis of the comparative research on the current situation of water resources, water resources man agement, water supply and sewer, and groundwater management for both capital areas, and the effects on water resources man agement due to the Olympic Games, Beii ing shows a certain gap on management and technology, and systematic and technologi cal reforms are necessary to be enhanced.
