荆州市感染性钉螺环境分布调查及处置

摘　　要：采用系统抽样结合环境抽查法进行查螺,对粪检阳性病人可能的感染地点进行问卷调查。调查表明荆州市2004-2010年有1721处感染性螺点,其中94.1%的感染性螺点与最近居民点距离为500m,97%的粪检阳性病人自认的感染地点与最近居民点距离为400m。采用问卷法调查粪检阳性病人有助于快速确定感染性钉螺环境。A survey of Oncomelania snail distribution was carried out with the systematic sampling method in combinationw ith the environmental sampling method.A questionnaire survey was performed to find out the sites where stool examination-posi-t ive patients were infected.The results showed that there were 1 721 infected snail spots in Jingzhou City.Most of infected snails pots（94.1%）were only 500 m far away from the nearest residential areas from 2004 to 2010.About 97%of patients consideredt hat the sites where they were infected with schistosome were only 400 meters far away from their residential areas.In conclusion,t he survey with a questionnaire method in patients with positive stool examinations can quickly identify the environments with in-f ected snails.
