摘  要:采用对比方法,分析三峡工程蓄水前后长江中上游航道条件的变化,选取代表性船舶对蓄水前后的渝宜航线水运成本进行计算,结果表明:蓄水后水运成本和单位油耗明显降低,长江航运成本低、能耗小的比较优势得到有效发挥。建议加快三峡枢纽上下游航道治理,加快推进船型标准化,以提高三峡枢纽航运通过能力。By the contrastive methods, this paper analyzes the change of the channel condition in the upriver and middle reaches of the Yangtze River before and after the impoundment of the TGP, and calculates the shipping cost of the ship route from Chongqing to Yichang, based on the representative ships. It is concluded that the water transportation cost and oil consumption are decreased obviously, and it is suggested to speed up the channel regulation and ship types standardization to improve the traffic capacity of the Three Gorges project.
