摘　　要：本文通过案例分析诠释全科医学理念在医疗实践中的灵活应用方法。首先选择典型病例,介绍以人为中心的管理办法、以家庭为基础的全面照顾、慢性病患者的教育和健康促进等全科医学理念,结合案例介绍应用的方法和结果。提示我们全科医生除了应具有扎实的临床医学基本功外,还需要融合掌握心理学、社会学知识。This paper demonstrates the flexible application of general medicine theory in medical practice through a case study. A typical case was selected, people - centered management, family - based comprehensive care, education to patients with chronic diseases, health promotion and other theories of general medicine were introduced, application methods and results were showed with the case. This paper concludes that in addition to solid basic skills, general practitioners should also have comprehensive knowledge of psychology and sociology.
