摘　　要：看谱检测是利用看谱仪 ,参照光谱图和分析标志表 ,对样品发射的光谱线进行目视评定 ,实现检测样品元素及含量的一门应用技术。本文采用光栅波长同步光谱图和定量分析标志表 ,对高速钢牌号中 W、Mo、Cr、V、Co元素进行定量分析试验 ,其测定值符合 GB2 2 2 - 84标准。本方法具有现场检测、操作简便、成本低、不取样、不损坏样品、精度高、快速 ( 2 0 min/1个样品 )、分析范围宽及分析不受钢中元素干扰等特点。The examination method of watching spectrum is a technique to visual evaluation spectral line for examining sample elements & contents.In the paper grating wavelength sychronistic spectrometers and quantitative analysis marking charts were applied.W,Mo,Cr,V,Co elements of steel for a series of quantitative analysis testing are studied.The result is up to the chemical standard GB 222-84.It is easy & flexible to operate,with low cost,no sampling,little damage,high accuracy,quick speed(20min/sample),great range of analysis,and interference free analysis in the steel samples.
