摘　　要：变应原特异性免疫治疗是目前惟一可以改变变态反应性疾病进程、对因治疗的方法,近年来引起专家及临床医生的关注,关于特异性免疫治疗的研究及其在临床中的应用越来越多。本文对特异性免疫治疗的作用机制、变应原疫苗、安全性及其在变应性疾病中的应用做一综述。Allergens specific immunotherapy（SIT） is currently the only treatment that can change allergic disease process and is aiming at pathogeny.In recent years,the allergens SIT attracted attention from both experts and clinical doctors,and the research on SIT and its clinical application was seeing an increase.In this paper,the mechanism,allergens vaccine,safety of the specific immune therapy and its application in allergic diseases are reviewed.
