STUDING ON SYNTHESIS OF GLYCERYL TRIACETATE FROM CRUDE FRACTION OF TRICHLOROPROPANE

摘  要:Synthesis of glyceryl triacetate from trichloropropane(TCP) has been accomplished.It is a reaction of replacement and has a keen competition——eliminatin reaction.How to increase replacement and decrease elimination are studied in detail,with regard to for example,temperaure, solvent,catelyst,the distriture of reactant,and so on.We come to the conclusion that under these conditions of acetic acid as the solvent,the concentration of the reactant has no remarkable influence over the reaction of replacement,a little excess of TCP in the reactants exert advantage for separating products,no catelyst being required,from temperature 160℃,time 6h to 180℃,4h.
