锥形束CT在上颌窦内提升术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)在上颌窦内提升术中的应用价值。方法收集18例需上颌窦内提升行人工牙种植的患者,术前CBCT检查制定手术计划,术后CBCT检查评价上颌窦内提升效果及上颌窦黏膜情况。结果 18例患者平均骨高度为6.5 mm,上颌窦内未见囊肿等病变,3例存在冠状位骨间隔,提升后种植体尖端骨质情况可清晰显示,其中1例患者内提升后上颌窦底穿孔。结论 CBCT在种植术前评估及术后检查中具有良好的效果,能够清晰显示出上颌窦内部结构及术后种植体根尖区骨质情况,对于上颌窦穿孔的判断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the value of cone beam computed tomography（CBCT） in the maxillary sinus lift.Methods CBCT was used in 18 cases for dental implants insertion in which the maxillary sinus elevation was in need.The surgical planning and the results were assessed respectively before and after the operation.Results The internal structure of the sinus as well as the surrounding tissue of the implants could be demonstrated clearly by using CBCT.Only in cases the perforation of sinus membrane was found. Conclusion It got a satisfactory result with preoperative evaluation and postoperative examination in dental implant using CBCB which can clearly show the internal structure of the maxillary sinus and the bone around apical of implant.
