模板压实紧实工艺在水平分型脱箱射压造型线上的应用

摘  要:简要介绍了脱箱造型技术的特点及其发展历史,分析了压板压实对砂型紧实过程的影响,认为该造型工艺存在的主要问题是不能使较高尺寸砂箱的型砂紧实度达到均匀化。根据"射砂+模板反压"工艺试验获得的工艺参数设计制造了以"射砂+模板反压"工艺为特征的新型水平分型脱箱造型线。生产应用表明:该造型线可以用来生产形状复杂、具有深凹和高砂胎的铸型,铸型表面紧实度高且均匀,因而可以获得尺寸精度高、表面质量好且一致性好的铸件。The technical features and development history of the flask-striped molding technique was briefly introduced; the influence of pressing plate pressing on the compacting process of the sand mold was analyzed; the main problem with above-mentioned molding process was considered as that the uniform compactness couldn/t be achieved when molding with relatively high flasks. Based on the process parameters obtained in the"sand shooting + pattern plate reverse pressing" process test, a new type of borizonta]~ parting and flask-striped molding line with the "sand shooting + pattern plate reverse pressing" process as its feature was designed and manufactured. The productive application showed that this type of molding line could be used to produce shape-complicated mold with deep concave cavity and high cod, and the surface compactness of the obtained mold was high and uniform that made it possible to obtain castings with high dimension accuracy, high surface quality and high consistency.
