摘  要:为了研究三断口真空断路器的电压分布特性,建立了基于光控模块式真空断路器的三断口真空断路器三维有限元分析模型,计算得到了竖直型和U型布置方式下三断口真空断路器的分布电容参数。进行了模块化三断口真空断路器工频分压特性试验,测量了2种布置方式下的电压分布。引入电容等值模型以实现对计算结果准确性的验证。试验与计算结果对比表明,电压分布相对误差<4%,2种布置方式下,高压端断口的分压均超过60%,需配置合适的均压措施。并基于分布电容参数,分析了不同均压电容值下三断口真空断路器的静态分压特性。To research voltage distribution characteristic of triple-break vacuum circuit breaker, a three-dimensional finite element analysis model of modularized triple-break vacuum circuit breaker composed of three fiber-controlled vacuum interrupter modules is built. The distributed capacitance values of modularized triple-break vacuum circuit breaker under vertical and U-shaped arrangements are calculated; the power-fi'equency voltage division test of modularized triple-break vacuum circuit breaker is performed; and voltage distributions under the two arrangements are measured. An equivalent capacitance model is introduced in to verify the accuracy of calculation results. Results of comparing measured test data with calculated values show that the relative error of voltage distribution is lower than 4%; under vertical and U-shaped arrangements the proportion of voltage distribution of the break at high voltage side is higher than 60%, so it is necessary to equip with suitable voltage sharing measures. Based on the value of distributed capacitance, static voltage distribution characteristics of modularized triple-break vacuum circuit breaker under different values of grading capacitors are analyzed.
