摘 要:以苯乙烯(M1)和N,N-二异丙基丙烯酰胺(M2)为单体,在甲苯溶液中共聚制得一种新的反相悬浮分散剂,并用此分散剂制得具有较大粒径的高吸水性树脂。共聚物的组成由元素分析法和紫外光谱法测定,聚合物的分子量由GPC测定。研究了多种因素对聚合物分子量、转化率及特性粘度的影响,并由此得出如下结论:共聚物分子量随引发剂用量的增大而下降,当共聚物的分子量为3万~4万且F2>16%时,分散剂具有较好的稳定性且合成的高吸水性树脂的粒径随F2的增大而下降。A new inverse suspending agent is synthesized by copolymerization of styrene and N,Ndiisopropylacrylamide in toluene, and a super water-absorbent resin with large particle size is obtained. The copolymer composition is determined by element analysis and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the copolymer molecular weight is determined by GPC and calculated by intrinsic viscosity. Many factors effecting on the copolymer molecular weight, conversion and intrinsic viscosity are also studied. The conclusions obtained show as follows: the copolymer molecular weight decreases with the amount of initiators; the suspending agent has good stability when copolymer molecular weight is between 30,000 to 40,000 and F_2 (mass ratio of N,N-diisopropylacrylamide in copolymer) is more than 16%, and the particle size of resin synthesized decreases with F_2.
