摘　　要：针对在以往研究中被忽略的企业做出创新决策的影响要素问题进行了开拓性研究。利用资源学派理论与环境不确定性理论对于企业创新决策的影响要素进行了探索性的建模,通过Probit模型利用中国三位代码子行业统计数据和某国家级高科技产业园区创新调查数据进行了实证分析。最后借鉴行业创新模式理论对实证分析的进行了静态和动态分析,并分别建立了"企业创新决策态度模型"与"企业创新决策与成长路径模型"。This is exploratory research on the factors affecting enterprises making the innovation decision. The problem is modeled based on RBV and Environmental Uncertainty theory, and empirical analysis is drawn from the national statistics data and innovation survey data of a state - level high and new technology industrial development zone. Then the research put the results into static and dy- namic analysis sperately using the theory of ＂patterns of industrial innovation＂ ,＂ Innovation decision attitude model＂ and ＂ Innovation decision and the path of grwoth model＂ are concluded from the analysis.
