摘　　要：《辛亥革命在上海史料选辑》出版至今已经四十多年了。为了纪念辛亥革命五十周年,于1960年下半年开始编辑,1966年2月出版。编辑人员在上海图书馆及全国主要图书馆搜集资料,认真选择,进行互勘,写出校注,并对当时的政治团体、群众活动、人物贡献等列出专章。因初版印量小,又是"内部发行",无法满足读者及各方面的需要。1981年纪念辛亥革命七十周年,该书第二次印刷,公开发行。《辛亥革命在上海史料选辑》是研究中国近代史,特别是辛亥革命史和上海史不可或缺的资料书之一。The Selected Historical Documents of the 1911 Revolution in Shanghai has been published for over 4 decades. The book was first published in February, 1966 in memory of the 50th anniversary of the 1911 Revolution. It was republished in 1981 to memorize the 70th anniversary. The book was one of the essential materials for studying the Modern History of Chinese, especially the history of Shanghai and the 1911 Revolution.
