摘 要:目的:对泸州地区不同采收期仙鹤草进行总黄酮的含量测定,建立其含量测定方法,为确定泸州地区仙鹤草的采收期提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定不同采收期仙鹤草的总黄酮含量。结果:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮,测得泸州仙鹤草中总黄酮在0.0055~0.088mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.15%,RSD为1.18%。泸州地区6月份采集的仙鹤草总黄酮含量为10.77%,7月份采集的仙鹤草总黄酮含量为12.38%,明显高于其它月份采集的仙鹤草中的总黄酮含量。结论:采用紫外分光光度法建立了泸州地区仙鹤草总黄酮含量测定的方法,该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、精密度好、准确度高、具有良好的重复性和回收率。泸州地区仙鹤草采收期以6、7月份为宜。harvest time, nation of total Objective :To determine the content of total flavonoids of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. at different for selecting its best harvest time.Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for the determi- flavonoids of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. at different harvest time in Luzhou. Results: The content oftotal flavonoids could be detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Total flavonoids had good linearity in the range of 0.0055~0.088mg.m1-1 (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 98.15%, and RSD was 1.18%. The content of total flavonoids in Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. in Luzhou was 10.77% in June, and 12.38% in July,much higher than in any other month. Conclusions: This experiment establishes a method using ultraviolet speetrophotometry to detectthe content of total flavonoids, it is simple, rapid, sensitive,with high precision, high accuracy and good repeata- bility and recovery. The reasonable harvest time of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.in Luzhou is June and July.
