摘　　要：针对水库移民工程的特殊性,从招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段3个阶段分析和阐述了移民工程投资控制过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施和建议,为以后移民工程实施阶段的投资控制提供一定的依据和参考。In view of the particularity of reservoir resettlement project, the authors analyze and discuss the problem existing in investment control of resettlement project at bidding stage, construction stage and completion stage, put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions, so as to provide basis and reference for investment control at implementation stage of resettlement project.
