摘 要:目的探讨海南山苦茶提取物对衰老小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖120mg/kg,连续8周,建立衰老模型,预防性给予海南山苦茶提取物低、中、高剂量(40mg/kg、57mg/kg、81mg/kg)干预,水迷宫、跳台实验和避暗实验测试衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果海南山苦茶提取物能够缩短D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠在水迷宫实验中潜伏期、增加跨越平台次数,延长跳台和避暗实验中的训练和测验潜伏期、减少错误次数,且呈现剂量依赖性。结论海南山苦茶提取物能够改善D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠学习记忆能力。Objective To study the effects of leaves extract from Mallotus furetianus cultivated in Hainan Island on the learning-memory ability in aging mice. Methods Aging mice model was established by injecting D-galactase 120mg/kg subcutaneously,leaves extract from Mallotus furetianus cultivated in Hainan Island was given to prevent the development of aging. After 8 weeks,learning-memory ability of aging mice was tested by the way of morris water maze test, step down and step through test. Results Leaves extract from Mallotus furetianus can shorten escape latency and increase platformcrossing numbers in morris water maze test;lengthen latency and reduce error numbers in a dose dependent manner during the process of training and test in step down and step through test of aging mice. Conclusions Leaves extract from Mallotus furetianus can improve the learning-memory ability of aging mice induced by D-galactase injection.
